GreyAcademy respects the intellectual property of others and expects instructors and learners to do the same. This policy explains who owns what on the Platform, what instructors must guarantee about the material they upload, and how to report content you believe infringes your rights. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Before uploading any course, video, document, image, music, code, quiz or other material, an instructor must make sure that:
Instructors are responsible for their own content. We may remove or unpublish material that we reasonably believe infringes rights, and we may suspend instructors who repeatedly upload infringing material.
If you believe something on the Platform infringes your copyright or other rights, send us a written notice that includes:

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to us using the details below. Please include the web address of the content, a clear explanation of why you believe you have the right to use it (for example, that you own it or have a licence), your contact details and your signature. We will review your response and may restore the content where appropriate. Rights holders and posters can also take the matter up directly with each other or with a court.
To report content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or that breaks our Terms (but is not a copyright issue), use the same contact details with the course or page link and a short description. We review reports and take action under the Terms.
